    Yes. Sadly, even supposedly 1st world countries such as Canada, Sweden, and the UK refuse to recognize that right.

    It should be, is supposed to be, but has been twisted with amendments and "Yes you have the right to free speech EXCEPT/UNLESS it has to do with special XYZ" as soon as special inclusions came about, free speech went out the window. If you don't like what your hearing, ignore it or say something, your choice, but because people let their emotions take top precedence, have no backbone, or have no strong belief system theirselves(take your pick) everyone else has had their rights taken away.

    Until a conservative or funformental christian asks you what gender you are, gets offended and calls you a feminazi... sure a fundamental right.

    There is also the call to be seen and not heard at particular times. Generally we would get that from parents along with some good old home training. But something has gone wrong with that gesture in the new world. I think the Internet and cell phones are of the devil.
