Because i dont. But people are being partisan just for the sake of being partisan. Tribalism. If AOC says something ridiculous, people will defend her. If Bill has affairs, people will defend him. If Hillary lies, people will defend her. If abortion fanatics call for late term abortion, so-called liberals will support it. They get their values from tv and the movies, not from deep conviction. They don't. There is no state that allows for abortion that late in a pregnancy unless there is a medical reason to do so. This is pretty much limited to cases where continuing the pregnancy endangers the mothers life or the child is likely to be still born anyway.

Abortion would only be allowed in the 3rd trimester in cases when the mother's health is in danger or the fetus is nonviable (cannot survive outside of the womb). Otherwise, abortion remains illegal in the 3rd trimester.
