How can I keep a full time job without so much stress?

I've always had a difficult time working FT hours.

I have a lot of emotional stress as a person. Been in therapy for years.

I just want to feel normal. When I try FT hours I become so stressed I feel sick. Also dizzy 24/7 that doesn't go away. I'm tense, sore and scared. After about two weeks I can't stand the physical stress symptoms and leave the job. That's as far as I get.

I want so much to be able to work and earn more. I try to apply for jobs I think i'll like. I don't know what else to do to help myself accomplish this.

I just want to feel normal like everyone else. I want to cry sometimes about my situation. I'm totally frustrated.

Update:

I'm able to work about 15-20 hours a week ok.

I meditate one hour a day for a year now.

Prayer helps me. Look up Philippians 4:6,7 in the New Testament. Also, is it possible you are drinking too much coffee or other caffeinated drinks? Maybe too much sugar or junk food in your diet? That will cause you to be stressed.
