Will they align my car with bad inner rods ? My outer rods are good?

    Can not get proper alignment with bad bushings. You may find someone to try but it will not be worth while.

    replace the rode ends they are cheep enough for saving your life

    in AU worn ball joints is a vehicle defect

    There's nothing but air to align. With worn rod ends you can probably move the front wheels from full toe out to full toe in through 1/4" of air. At what point in that air gap would you suggest the Tech fake your alignment and charge you for achieving nothing?

    No. Make ALL repairs BEFORE getting an alignment.

    An alignment is pointless if the wheels won't sit still.

    No. They will make you replace all of it before they'll do an alignment.
