guessing they are in series, and alkaline
when new, alkaline AA batteries have a voltage of about 1.55 volts no load, so 3 in series add up to 4.65 volts. Current depends on the load, and voltage decreases with current. At 1 amp, voltage is about 1.2-1.3 volts each and life is about 1 hour. Resistance is about 0.2 Ω each, total about 0.6 Ω
in parallel, that would be a voltage of 1.55 volts no load, Current depends on the load, and voltage decreases with current. At 3 amp, voltage is about 1.2-1.3 volts and life is about 1 hour. Resistance is about 0.2 Ω each, total about 0.1 Ω

Your question is ambiguous. Are you talking about the CAPABILITY of the batteries, or how much the current and resistance is in this particular application? If it's the latter, it's highly dependent on the LED's used and the circuit employed to power the LED's.
