Can you help me with English please?
ICE BATHS These are not for the weak. It isn't easy to submerge your body or even half of your body into an ice bath for 10-15 minutes, but if you can do it you will reap the benefits. Reduced inflammation is our main objective.
I can't understand the expression "these are not for the weak" mean in this case?
Thanks!

Things that are difficult or harsh or have pain or trouble associated with them are said to be 'not for the weak'. Mountain climbing is not for the weak. Full-body tattooing is not for the weak. etc.
Think about immersing your entire body in ice-water. I couldn't do it. Not on purpose. I think if a person was not healthy and strong, it might kill them! So we say it's 'not for the weak'.

"The weak" is a collective noun for weak people. So if I rewrote this it would say: "these are not for weak people". This means that ice baths are not meant for people who are weak

It means you need to have a lot of determination to be able to withstand the cold of an icebath for that long.

The next sentence clarifies it. Ice baths are not for the weak in the sense that you must be strong to force yourself into such cold water.
