Which tax form do I need to have for the future and what business structure should I file under?
Two friends and I are starting an online business through SquareSpace and need to know what tax forms are needed. The three of us would be running the business as equals, splitting profits evenly 3 ways. As for the business structure, I'm talking about whether the business should be an LLC, partnership, etc. We would be buying and selling products from Alibaba and Aliexpress.

Without an accountant to set you up you will fail miserably and probably hate each other for the rest of your lives. What could you be thinking asking this on YA? The accountant is for the structure. For the contract you surely are contemplating you will need that lawyer, yes.

Go to the LEGAL ZOOM website and use the services of one of the business lawyers there.
