Captain Marvel is a prequel, so no knowledge of any of the other films is actually required as it happens BEFORE them. The lone exception is Captain America:First Avenger. Remember the blue glowy cube? The MacGuffin from that movie? It's in this movie. But you don't even NEED to know what it is. Just that it's a power MacGuffin with strange and mysterious properties.
One of the post credits scenes will confuse you without having seen Avengers 3. But it wasn't a very good scene anyway. Without other movies you'll miss some Easter Eggs and references, but you can live without that stuff.
But I would also say that for the most part, you don't really NEED to see every MCU movie in order to watch any other MCU movie. The one exception is Endgame. Obviously you'll want to have seen Infinity War first. It's basically a two-parter.
But as long as you just accept not knowing how certain characters came to be a particular place or don't care about the backstory of something, you can usually watch them independently. It's more fun to know everything, because the universe is pretty intricate and the depth of planning is astonishing and unprecedented in cinematic history. But you don't need it.

I liked it. I mean I thought some parts were confusing because it had a backstory. But when the backstory was shown, then it made sense. Then it wasn't confusing anymore. Then I thought it was good.
Personally, I am sick of Sam Jackson. I would rather have someone else. And I don't like that Nick Fury was a white guy and now he is a black guy...but aside from that, I like Capt Marvel.

“Alita” has a better rating and without the political agenda associated with Captain Marvel.

It works as a standalone film, so it should be fine. You may want to watch the others you've listed before seeing Avengers: Endgame, though.
