Why am I having such a hard time dealing with used car sales people?

It seems telling the truth is not an important thing with them....

I confess, back in the day some folks were hard to deal with. Some with unrealistic expectations on their deal. ...marching out the door mid-conversation. But most had a fine buying experience. Many coming back to buy again.

Keep your eyes peeled for a guy with a clean lot, clean office, clean cars, more than 20-25 cars, a BBB rating, certified shop inspections,

And honestly, if the salesperson or owner or manager is a pushy basterd, it’s too bad for them if you buy elsewhere.

As the old saying goes - you can ALWAYS tell when a used car salesman (or politician) is lying - their lips are moving.

They will tell you whatever they need to in order to make a sale.

It is all about getting the commission! One of the top prerequisites for being any kind of salesman is that one has to be a really good liar!
