If God can't sin doesn't that make Him not-omnipotent?

Let's pretend that "SIN" is any action taken which is deliberately against the WILL of GOD.

By THAT definition, if GOD wills to do it, it cannot be sin.

Flood the planet?

Not a sin.

Give a child bone cancer?

Not a sin.
