If you are willing to put your property for rent in Kent, then you cannot avoid taking care of a few things that can make or break your interests as a property owner. First you need to be sure that, the residential or commercial property should remain in safer hands. You must be aware of all the major things by knowing how to put houses for rent in Kent. Finding a sincere tenant should be your first priority and that you must meet at any cost. To check the background of the best applicant, you should get in touch with the local police headquarter to find out if the person has any criminal case filed against the possible tenant. You must be very prompt in your attempt so that you can meet all the formalities and get the right tenant for your property.

Since you clearly do not know what you are doing then it is really in your best interests get a property manager that does.

Which "Kent" but you probably can just put an ad in the newspaper. Since you apparently don't know anything about this you might want to get a property management company to handle renting it and then overseeing the rental (costs around 6-10% of rent plus about a months rent every time you need a new renter - though these costs vary widely). A property management company will also know what does and does not need to be in a lease and can tell you if there are hoops you need to jump thru to rent the place (do you need a rental license?) or even if you can't rent the place for some reason.

Know the landlord/tenant laws for the area, appoint a property agent who can manage the property/tenants

If you want to be a landlord, there are entire books written on the subject.

There are many places called "Kent" on the planet. No one here has a clue where are you referring to, nor does it matter. Go do some basic research and then come back here if you have specific questions.
