I’ve been through a lot of traumatic horrible events in my life. I’m very depressed most of the time.?
I can’t afford counseling, but I really want it. I do not want pills or anything like that. I simply just need to grieve and talk to a counselor... Does anyone know of any programs? I know people who can’t afford medical treatments get medical/ Medicare etc...But what about people who can’t afford a councilor for their mental health?

Mental health now is considered legitimate for all kinds of medical insurance even Medicaid and Medicare.
