    If the appeal page is almost blank, you can't appeal. If there is no captcha code, you cannot submit the appeal.

    no one ever replies its not worth your time. no one reads the appeals

    Yahoo won't let me appeal anything. When I try to appeal, I either get a blank page, or I get, Sorry the appeal page cannot be opened.
