Which one is best Apex Legends or Fortnite?

I personally prefer Apex because Fortnite feels too childish. Unfortunately, childish is what is making the game so huge right now. I work for a school district and here I get to see how obsessive children are with that game. Nearly every child is either talking about it, doing some kind of Fortnite dance, or has a Fortnite backpack.

Whether we like it or not the answer is Fortnite, sorry Apex is just a fluke and you will see what i mean if a few months from now, it just can't compete with the entertainment and mechanics and all the other interesting and interestingly unique and weird or fun/silly childish game play ideas of fortnite that's constantly maintains all these fun elements that i just haven't seen any game like that in my life it's scary how good that game is and at the same time how annoying it is in a way for certain games to make it to the mainstream begs the argument of how strangely the world works and where most people are going for

Though I think Fortnite is a very unique game and deserves credit for being different to most games, I prefer Apex.

Apex. I played fortnite for a dozen hours before the crazy building, cartoonish style and third person perspective got to me. Thankfully apex doesn't have any of those.

I feel Apex is better, fortnite was good when it was first getting big, but I feel as if it's ran it's course. They seem to be trying to hard with adding features, new guns, new tech. It doesn't seem like "fortnite" anymore. it was fine until the 3rd season IMO.
