    First multiply out the brackets

    6x - 27 = -4x + 3

    Add '4x' to both sides

    10x - 27 = + 3

    Add '27' to both sides

    10x = 30

    Divide both sides by '10'

    x = 3

    Verification (Check) !!!!

    When x = 3

    3(2(3) - 9) = -4(3) + 3

    3(6 - 9) = -12 + 3

    3(-3) = -9

    Hence -9 = -9 As required!!!!!

    --

    6x - 27 = - 4x + 3

    10x = 30

    x. = 3

    Check

    LHS = 3 x (--3) = -- 9

    RHS = - 12 + 3 = -- 9

    3(2x-9) = 6x -27 = 4x+3

    2x = 30

    x = 30/2 = 15

    Part 1:

    3(2x - 9) = -4x + 3

    10x = 30

    x = 3

    Part 2:

    3(2*3 - 9) = -4*3 + 3

    3*(-3) = -12 + 3

    -9 = -9

    It is the same as 6x -27 = -4x +3 and the value of x is 3

    Because 6(3) -27 = -9 and -4(3) +3 = -9
