What does pre auth rev mean on bank statement?

Trying to figure out what does “pre auth rev” mean on statement. I had a place take out $25 with was a pre authorization but then that “pre auth rev” popped up for the same $25. Any ideas

    Sounds like a pending transfer. Sometimes the terms they use do not make sense.

    I had one bank reject a transfer and the coding at the bank where it was rejected suggested the IRS confiscated the money. Turns out the other bank just decided to not allow transfers. Ticked me off and I closed that account soon after because of it.
