How do you guys feel about the Court blocking another Trump attempt to undermine Obamacare?

    The courts does what the courts do and try to apply our laws to whatever given situation, as they are suppose to. You have dems running for president using healthcare, health insurance. As part of their platforms. Using stories of kids dying and people that can't afford it and such. This is the current system that is also being defended by the left. It obviously isn't working as intended, even by liberal numbers it is helping about 20 million but the numbers of the uninsured, didn't drop by twenty million, only dropped about ten. Yet, 250 million are paying more, cutting back on seeing docs, are struggling with the cost. The ACA is not a sustainable system, it has failed from it's intended purpose.

    It only prolongs the mess. Obamacare is an obstruction for healthcare. It is kept around mainly because it is one of the last remnants of Obama. Now that ISIS has been wiped out.

    Not sure what you are on about but that's the last case that got a ruling. He ruled it unconstitutional in it's entirety.

    Good. Everyone forgot the amount of elections won by democrat judges in the last election...
