Explain this to your employer, 99% of the time the employer will allow you to keep your hair. You may have to put it up or hide it instead. Unless we're talking about the military, in which case, tough luck. There are actual real reasons why the military needs you to cut it, but they're special. Employers are usually very agreeable as long as you provide proof.
