    I think bribery should be made into 3 levels.

    First level isn’t a crime

    Second level just fines you no more than $5000

    Third level 2 years in jail

    Absolutely true, but look at the story. They were turned in when they tried to bribe a fellow Republican. Let us celebrate an honest man regardless of party!
