I have strong feelings for a women, who is leaving from the country, and mayn’t see her ever again.?

I haven’t dated anyone awhile. When my committed relationship fell apart a few years ago, I just have had bad luck. I just started my own business as a Real Estate Investor, and have a second job which is a warehouse career. My warehouse job has a no dating policy. I met this girl who is from Mexico, very sweet, gorgeous, smart, and we have a lot in common. I had interest in dating her, when, I quit my warehouse job, for my own business. I found out last week she’s leaving in a few weeks, maybe next month. I got her number. She does know, I like her. She was upfront with me that, her, and her family where just on vacation in the U.S. I got strong feelings for her, and not sure what to do. Things happen and it’s hard to control our emotions. She said she wants to come back to the U.S. i got her number to stay in contact. I guess I’m trying to ask, should I take her out on a date? Or just let it be? The love sickness is very painful =\
