    I'm not crazy about it but it depends on how I eat it. Sometimes I'll have it steamed with just a little butter and Parmesan cheese. I like it raw in a salad. Or 'hidden' in lasagne or a casserole.

    Actually I like the stalk too. People just throw it away, but if you peel off the hard outside and then cut it up and throw it in soup or something, people taste it and ask what it is. It's familiar to them but they don't recognize it. 8^)
