Ok here is what you do in steps.
1. Force yourself to delete the game.
2. Don’t download it. It will be hard at first but it gets easier.

It might sound hard but the best thing you can do with anything like this is get rid of it and anything pertaining to it. Just sell it or trash it, whatever. You will quickly learn to adapt without it and you will find something else to occupy your time. Honestly, once its done, you will gain more incentive and after a short while, you wont even care anymore.
