How to change my life around?
I’ve been struggling with my life for about a year now. I don’t work out anymore, I don’t eat healthy, I’m talking to the wrong people, and I’ve literally stopped caring about everything. I’ve tried everything to get back on track. I’ve created cute motivational cards to look at each day, made schedules, but nothing is working. No matter what, I always stop pushing. Is there anything to do to help me change my life?

2 Corinthians 5:17 says that if anyone be in Christ, they are a new creature. Old things pass away. All things become new.
That is my testimony. Jesus Christ changed my life many years ago when I asked Him to be my Lord and Savior. . He is a faithful friend. Read the New Testament for more information. I suggest starting with the Gospel of John; then Romans. Pray for God's will and direction in your life. Find a Bible-believing church to attend, like Baptist. Pray about everything that concerns you.
