Unlikely. If they're anti-black, then why would Harry wanted to marry a half-black at the first place ? Also, if you look at the opening of London Olympics in 2012, you can see an overwhelming number of black people involved in the process, which shows that British people are generally proud on showing their racial diversity.

I think we all realise it will have some colour but I doubt it will be very dark. It's gonna be one interesting baby. Seems like she's been pregnant for two years.
