Help with getting angry so often?
I have a lot going on in my life at the moment, and I feel like that is what’s causing me to get mad over such little things. My partner is getting annoyed with me since it happens so often. I feel guilty after I get mad but I can’t stop myself from getting so angry. Any tips would help :)

Whatever is going on in your life that causes you stress, take things one step at a time, one day at a time, otherwise you become overwhelmed and angry. You cannot solve all problems at once. If it helps to make a plan to follow, then do so.
If you're a spiritual person, give your stress and anger to God and ask Him to deal with it.
Pray, meditate.
when you start to get angry, do something physical, walk, run, jump rope, dance, etc.

an anger management course could help or you might need therapy- goodluck.

Anger is often associated with violence, it is more often good reason to be angry as it is an emotion that is instinct, there is a reason you are angry. Understanding why you are angry then you can do something about it.

Well you know I have had to spend years with a therapist to work on that. What I can do is sometimes think of someone I really love and care about or even talk to them and I feel better. A warm shower may also help.
