So basically this is a question about self harm.?
So basically I found out that I self harm... I usually cut but I didn’t think it was actual self harm and have never truly believed it was because it wasn’t deep.
Now I want to hurt myself really bad and I think I I’m going to take some otc pain meds Sunday next week. I’m going to make myself sick after but I’m worried about if all the tablets don’t come up... Will they see it as an attempt or for what it is-self harm if I need to get help? Does anyone have any ideas of any implications this may have?
Obviously I don’t want to, not truly but having been through rape, sexual assault, abuse and neglect in my childhood it’s the only release I’ve found that stops me from thinking about everything all at once.
Please no hate, I think I’m just abit if a lost soul 😔

It sounds like you are going through a lot right now. Thank you for reaching out for help! Suicide is never the answer, as it is permanent and can never be taken back. You have a full life ahead of you, and ending your life is not the answer. If you feel like you cannot keep yourself safe right now, please seek professional help immediately.
Make sure that you tell someone about these thoughts, whether that a parent, a close friend, or your school counselor. It is important to have people who support you through this. Sometimes when people go through difficult or stressful situations, suicidal thoughts can arise. The important thing is to seek help from those around you, and to be honest with what you are thinking.
Please know that there are people who can and will help you with what you are going through. You may want to consider talking with a counselor at a hotline. Many hotlines are 24/7 and will work with you and situations like yours. Some even have email and/or chat if you would prefer. I hope that you will continue to reach out! Sincerely, KO, Counselor

I see another baby troll has posted a story. Practice makes perfect so please keep posting them. One day after much effort you may post one that is actually believable and then you can show it off to the rest of the troll community and have every one tell you how good it is.

I think you should openly speak to an adult such as your parents and go from there.
