Hi! Is there any adjective to mean that somebody is 'prim' but only towards themselves?

Prudish or formal. The common phrase "Prim and Proper" means a person is prudish and always concerned with social etiquette..

Prim means stiffly formal and disapproving of anything considered improper. So, the first part refers to only the person, and the second part refers to their attitude toward other people.
