    Circumference of Winch = 2π*4.35 = 8.7π cm

    Number of Rotations = 5*5.6 = 28 revs

    Minimum Length = 28*8.7π = 765.29 cm

    = 7.6529 metres

    Answer 7.7 m

    36/60= 0.6

    2*4.35*π * 5*5.6≈ 765.3 cm

The winch turns 5 times per 60 seconds.

It thus uses up 2π*r *5 in length in 60 seconds.

Therefore it uses [left for you to find] in length in 5min36 sec=336 sec.
