My girlfriend is 22weeks pregnant today an just started cramping an says it hurts bad idk what too do.. what do I do or is it normal ?

    If the cramps are very painful and/or regularly spaced, she needs to go to the hospital ASAP because it could be pre-term labor. If the cramps are merely uncomfortable (like menstrual cramps) and irregular then it's probably Braxton Hicks, but she should call her midwife or OB if she's worried.
