    Electrostatic force is

    F = k q^2 / r^2

    then

    r = q (k / F)^1/2

    where

    k = 9x10^9 Nm^2/C^2 [Coulomb constant]

    then

    r = 5.5x10^-8*(9x10^9 / 3.4)^1/2 = 2.83 mm
