I dont understand the line in capital letters. It is about a guarantee. Thank you:

"The Company X in good faith answers to the guarantee against hidden defects of the equipment and commit to underwrite a insurance policy for damages caused by it. Also, except in case of contractual fault committed by company Y, THE COMPANY X FORBID ITSELF TO TAKE BACK THE EQUIPMENT LOANED."
