Even if he gets visitation with his daughter, it will only be at the whim of her mother. Courts make it easy for a vindictive woman to refuse visitation, and hard for the father to get his rights enforced.

Not to mention that "Mommie Dearest" will work hard to make you appear to be the home wrecker that destroyed the little girl's family.

it likely has more to do with his not wanting to split the marital assets than his concern about not seeing his daughter (as he could very likely get shared custody or at least visitation). But yes, it would seem he has no intention of leaving his wife for you. You should develop the self esteem to demand better and walk away from this man.

Even if he leaves his wife he'd still have a right to see his daughter. Fathers do have visitation rights. He will never leave his wife for you. You're convenient, probably fun and by remaining comfortably on the side are allowing him to have his cake and eat it too.
