Help with a girl?
There's this girl who is really nice and all but she' having problems with her ex. This guy apparently now is gay and is always making her suffer by trying to take his life. For example, he once drank alchool used for cleaning but he knew it wouldn't have an effect on him. She told me thst because of him, she almost was on depression (the guy apparently has mental issues)

Lol he seems confused and detrimental from his confusion. Seems better he befriend other gay people to help him clear his confusion and accept what is biologically and socially suitable for him.

There's nothing you can do. You can't save anyone else.
If the guy takes his life, how is it her problem? It's HIS decision to make. He's a manipulator. If she's concerned about him threatening to take his life, then she can have a private phone conversation with one of his family members and tell them. Then, she needs to be done with the situation.
Yes the guy has mental illness issues! Why else would he threaten suicide? And his mental health issues were present long before she met him. LONG BEFORE!
