I've been texting with this girl and everything was nice until all of her texts started to become more and more colder. I dont actually remember doing anything wrong to her but I feel our relationship has become more distant. Any help?

I ve been thinking of exercising but I m not sure if I making it right. Is it better to do like 50 push ups on one go or 10 but at separated times?

There's this girl who is really nice and all but she' having problems with her ex. This guy apparently now is gay and is always making her suffer by trying to take his life. For example, he once drank alchool used for cleaning but he knew it wouldn't have an effect on him. She told me thst because of him, she almost was on depression (the guy apparently has mental issues)

I've been feeling weird lately. Really don't k ow what's going on. Nothing bad has happened in the last days but overal my life is bad. I can't even concentrate properly. I try to focus on my projects and studies but I can't. The only thing I want to do is nothing and I've bad multiple thoughts about suicide. I think I need help.
