Is it better to do exercise on one go or at different times?
I ve been thinking of exercising but I m not sure if I making it right. Is it better to do like 50 push ups on one go or 10 but at separated times?

Doing multiple sets is generally better than doing max reps for one set. You may only be able to do 50 all at once, but if you do multiple sets you might be able to get 3 sets of 20. It also warms you up better and has a lower injury risk

You need an intense workout with enough sets and reps to feel a pump. do as many reps as you can each time. don't workout any muscle more than times a week. It needs rest time to recover,
