Is Earth still Earth if all life on Earth dies?

If Earth gets sterilized of all life today, will it still be Earth tomorrow?

Or is that like saying a dead human and living human is the same thing at a certain angle?

Absent anyone to give it a name, all celestial bodies will cease to have one. The Sun will no longer be "the Sun," Jupiter will no longer be "Jupiter", etc... If you're referring to something more technical, Earth was a planet well before life appeared on it, and it will continue to be long after it ends.
