Does grilled chicken make you fat? Read details before answering please?
This is the first time I am dieting to lose weight. This is day 3. I was eating salad and lentil soup before and my mom told me about grilled chicken, I seasoned the chicken and grilled it along with seasoned onions and bell peppers. There were like 4 really small pieces of chicken. Anyway, it tasted amazing. I don't trust things that taste so good. So am I doing something wrong? Is this ineffective? Or is grilled chicken a miracle which tastes good and doesn't increase your waist line?

LOL.. You think lentil soup is going to help you lose weight??? Lentils? good grief.. lentils are full of carbs..
Grilled chicken is just about the healthiest food on earth. How can you not know this?

Too many calories are what makes you fat. You can literally eat anything and you will lose weight if you are in a deficit.
Chicken is good for you.
Lots of healthy foods taste good. Look up some recipes.

If you are just eating salad and lentil soup it wont be enough calories for your body to survive healthily and wont burn up calories, the chicken is low in calories and fat so you can eat it but I would have had a few potato's with the chicken as an evening meal - I lost 28lbs following a healthy diet.
