North Texas is supposed to be quite popular..... been placing high in business/job opportunity rankings in publications like Forbes magazine for several years now, with top outdoors YouTubers "LunkersTV" + "LakeForkGuy" pretty active round that area to get a taste of what life's like down that way.

State border area around Charlotte (North Carolina) + Rock Hill (South Carolina) supposed to be quite good (I've got a friend who's a Kindergarten teacher who lives in that area).
