Is the Christian God almighty? Some Christians say He cant sin.?

God has not sinned. If God could not sin then there would be no merit to claiming to be sinless.

I hesitate to say this because I can not claim to know the mind of God, but I am pretty sure that what ever happens his first thought is to think about what is the right thing to do. Because his first response is to seek what is the good thing, the bad thing seldom crosses his mind.

Just because nothing is impossible to God does not mean that he can do all things imaginable.

God cannot sin.

God cannot contradict himself.

God cannot create anything more than he can handle

God cannot get tired

God cannot leave works unfinished

God cannot change

God cannot break a promise

Obviously yes, God is almighty, that goes without saying; and that's correct, He cannot sin, but He was willing to accept the sins of the world once and for all as He want's no one to perish, but unfortunately the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing.

Which means God can do anything that is possible to do.

For instance, God cannot make a 'married bachelor' or a circle that has corners.

Such things are self contradictions, and by definition non-possibilities.

God is also Holy.

Which means that God cannot sin.

This type of argument is a shallow attempt based in shallow reasoning to impugn God.

He is perfect, with out sin, as the Father, As Jesus as the Holy Spirit

He is God, we are not. Stop trying to judge him on your terms

He can't sin. He can't communicate. He can't help.

He can't even exist.
