Neither. Both Europe and Africa are very diverse. And not all Africans look the same.

There is far more genetic variation between the people in the fifty four countries of Africa, the second largest continent, than there is between the people in the much smaller continent of Europe. You cannot compare one specific group from Africa with all the people of Europe, that is just silly. As far as genetic diversity is concerned, Africa has the most, even more than the largest continent Asia.
