Are the birthday blues real?
My birthday is in a couple of days and I feel upset that I’m turning 21. Before I was excited because you know 21 you’re officially an adult you can do your own thing, but now I feel depressed about it. I feel sad about it because life is moving very fast and I want it to stop.
