ok she didn't exactly say that but she said wearing nail polish to school in ur uniform looks slutty and is unnecessary unless your a prostitute and when i told her everyone else at school does it she started yelling at me

I certainly disagree with that manner of thinking. Just try to make your best case by pointing out the popularity of nail polish.
Also explain that if nail polish was inappropriate the school would ban it in the dress code.
Just be calm and try your best to present a reasonable request.
