Trig word problem?

Helen, Javier and Raquel live in two identical apartment buildings, located 30m apart. Javier lives two floors higher than Helen. Raquel lives four floors lower than Helen. There is a 36 degree angle of seperation when Helen looks from her balcony to those of her two friends. How far apart, vertically, do Javier and Raquel live? Please explain each step.

    36/6= 6°

    tan12°= J/30; J≈ 6.38 m

    tan24°= R/30; R≈ 13.36 m

    J + R= 19.74 m
