Can a psychopath be cured?

    A true, legitimately diagnosed psychopath? No. Theoretically possibly, but it's about the same odds as falling out of an airplane and surviving.

    No psychopathy cannot be cured. However, most of them are functioning members of society. They can hold down a job, obey most laws, start a family etc. They're definitely not the most empathetic people on the planet, but they know how to act accordingly.

    By before 18 yes. Afterwards it's not possible.

    In some cases the answer is YES ,especially if caught early in a child's life.

    there is no known treatment for psychopathy.

    I mean it depends. If he or she has a cold, I assume so. But something more serious like cancer might be harder. But I can look up cures for the disease they have and send you a link if you want.

    Some don't need treatment or incarceration as the condition is mild.
