Like what most of the answers Mentioned between 60 to 100 is "textbook" generally the smaller in stature the higher the rate and of course at rest Heart rate is not the same as climbing to the 5th floor.... I'm retired now BUT was a Career firefighter and EMT for over 35 years

Yes. For average (non-athletic people) a heart rate of about 70 beats per minute is desirable. When Michael Phelps pulled his swim goggles off and relaxed on dryland, his resting heart rate was a steady 38 bpm.

It's not way too high. The usual range for resting heart rate is anywhere between 60 and 90 beats per minute. Above 90 is considered high.
