Will I get charged the monthly account fee for a TD chequing account if I went under the limit for one hour (in the same day)?

I went under the $3000 limit and then transferred money back into it from my savings an hour later. Will I still get charged the monthly fee?

    The END OF DAY balance is what counts.

    Possibly but maybe not if it wasn't close of business. If you do get charged then call them up and complain loudly and I'll bet they drop the charge.
