How Can I buy international stocks living in Brazil?

I was seeing in TD Ameritrade and it needs to have SSN/ITIN/VISA to buy open a account.

Do anyone know a broker that I can open account to buy AMD/Intel Stocks?

    You have to consult stockbrokerages in Brazil.

    In North America, it is Federal Law that broker/dealers must obtain the SSN/TIN for ALL their clients. No broker/dealer can carry a customer account without such identification.
