There would undoubtedly be higher volatility for few days or weeks followed by some consolation until the market eventually finds a equilibrium and news dies down.

It wouldn’t be the end of the stock market by any means. The Vice President would be sworn in to office immediately and address the public about the situation and let the public know that everything will be okay. Most people will go on with their daily lives as usual.

Uncertainty is usually a severe negative.

He WON'T be impeached. He would have had to do something criminal in order for that to happen.

It would crash for about half a day, and then bounce back.

It might go up, but nobody knows. The market is governed by emotion.

I don't know but does the fact that the stock market is a little higher than it was has it helped your pocket? Hasn't brought the price of gasoline down for you? Has it increased your hourly wage? Is food cheaper now that Trump is in office? Has your insurance rates gone down? If you haven't personally experienced any benefit from Trump being in office then I have to say he's about a worthless president! When Barack Obama was in office I got my first house because of him I got my first car because of him I got $9,000 to improve that house because of him Donald Trump hasn't done anything financial for me I'm in worse shape under Donald Trump's presidency that I've ever been in my life

It would temporarily provide a really great buying opportunity that smart people would take advantage of. Investors are fickle, superstitious, emotional creatures that do not like temporary instability.
