That would depend on your local ordinances and laws i dont even know what country you live in so talk to your local law enforcement agencies For there you will get a concrete answer you see
Re your comment ,,,, I consider that you did exactly the correct thing for in the same circumstances i would have done exactly the same as i HATE dog fighters and dogfighting sorely: Well done therefore you.
Source(s): Pictured is what such a dog did to one of my highly pregnant ewes The dog I shot cleanly dead with my rifle though its owner was never found despite the best efforts of the local police following every lead they got within one year of it taking place.... i lost both her and both of the lambs she was carrying at the time....... Greetings from S.W. Germany....... and fair play to you for doing so.................... Shepherd - Verulam 1Lv 72 years ago
You can report what's going on to your local police, and yes, you should be able to do it anonymously although the police usually need a name, in case it's a hoax. What number you use would depend on where in the world you life. 911 America - 999 UK. But you'd call and ask for the police. Or call the police on a non-emergency number?

They will not give your name. And thank you on behalf of the dogs!
