How do you deal with an accident claim yourself when it s disputed. I don t have legal cover?
I had a car in front of me and we was approaching a bus lane the car moves into the right lane seemingly to avoid the bus lane it suddenly indicates and turns left hitting me side on and dragging my bike into the petrol station he was trying to turn into. I have camera footage.
Does it matter that he indicated left before serving into me? Without a claims team behind me how do I deal with the claim

Personal injury lawyers will literally be fighting each other to take this case on contingency (especially if the person who hit you is insured). There's no reason to try to do this without "legal cover".

You'll need a lawyer. If you had been driving an insured car, the insurance company would provide your legal help. It doesn't matter what the car signaled, only that he changed lanes improperly and hit you. With your camera recording, you should be able to get your losses paid by the driver (or his insurance company). But you need a lawyer!

Step 1: You SHOULD have called the police IMMEDIATELY from the scene and filed a report.
Step 2: You need to consult an attorney.
Signaling is NEVER a defense for hitting someone.

I would get a lawyer. Though your insurance company should be helping you.
In most states, there is a minimum distance a turn signal must be on before turning. Turning and signaling at the same time is not a proper way to signal. Look up the required distance or time for using a turn signal in your area. The distance of 100 feet is common to many US states.
Good luck.

You hire a lawyer, pay for an hour of their time and ask their advice.
